The Bigger, Better, Faster SkyDrive – Exits Beta
The Live SkyDrive folks have increased storage capacity to 5GB and have removed the Beta tag which means the quality is finally there along with some improvements.
They’ve also opened up the service to accounts in these 38 countries now that the US, UK and India are done dogfooding on it:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, France, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and Turkey.
