Medical technology has come a long way from the times of that Roman doctor in the pic, eh?

The BBC is reporting that experts are developing a flexible surgical robot known as the i-Snake, which they say could revolutionize keyhole surgery. It could enable surgeons to do complex procedures previously possible only through more invasive techniques.

The i-Snake, a long tube housing special motors, sensors and imaging tools can be used for heart bypass surgery. The cost benefits will bring us earlier, cheaper and less invasive treatment, faster recovery and procedure times which should result in a better quality of life.

Hancock is a Will Smith dramedy superhero movie due out in July 2008.

Hancock is, well, sort of a degenerate superhero that doesn’t know the meaning of ‘treading lightly’ when using his powers. The teaser poster was recently released, as well as the trailers. Calling all geeks!  Here is the second best USB device you can ever get for yourself - A fantastic USB powered device that you can set your drinks on, and with the flip of a rocker switch, you can heat up your tea or coffee, OR you can chill your soda or monster drinks frosty cold!  It’s a great little device that takes up very little space, and will keep you happy in your times of need :)  My only complaint, though very minor, is that the circular plate used to heat and chill is too small to set most of my coffee cups on.  An industrious person could manufacture a small metal riser plate to set a larger coffee cup or soda can on.  Who knows?  I might do that myself :)  Check the specs below -
